Primary Duties: Manage the Active Directory infrastructure. Recommend and implement system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system including installing, upgrading/patching, monitoring, problem resolution, and configuration management. Create and maintain user and computer accounts and modify file permissions and security access lists. Make recommendations to purchase hardware, software, system components.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred. minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Windows Operating Systems, troubleshooting Window Servers, and providing high level of support on systems, investigating, analyzing, and resolving difficult problems on network components and multi-purpose platform systems. Microsoft Certification for current versions of OS and cloud technologies or comparable work experience. Experience with PowerShell Scripting. Experience with Active Directory and Active Directory technology.

Responsibilities:
Hires and trains IT Staff. Assigns projects to members of the IT Team. Leads the design, development, implementation and maintenance of all IT systems. Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss. Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs. Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information. Facilitates IT security audits or investigations. Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and services.
Job Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology field with classes in hardware, software, and networking preferred. Must have 5 years of computer and network administration as well as experience managing an IT and/or help desk team. Proficiency in latest technology for IT systems and management.

Skills needed:
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers. Assist customer with the problem-solving process. Record events and problems and their resolution in logs. Follow-up and update customer status and information. Willingness/ability to travel to multiple Lake Region Healthcare enterprise worksites while being based at Prairie Ridge Healthcare.
Job Qualifications:
Proven experience as a help desk support technician or other customer support role is preferred. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues. Proficiency in English, excellent communication skills. Customer-oriented and cool-tempered. BSc/BA in IT is preferred or an Associate's degree or technical certification, Computer Science or relevant field is preferred but not required.
